Although we are aware that things may come up, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. We ask you to notify us as soon as possible if you are going to be late or not make your appointment. However. Since we have reserved time for your appointment. Please be aware if you arrive late to your appointment your service time will be shortened service price will not be adjusted or you may have to reschedule and cancellation fee of half (50%) of the service will apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours, same day of appointment or no shows will be charged half (50%) of service price. No show appointments may result in the inability to schedule any future appointments at our discretion. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
