If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the product, we will accept all returns within 15 days of the delivery date – Refunds and/or store credit will only be issued in the amount paid for the item under the following conditions:

If the product you received is unopened, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a refund for the purchase price of the product.

If the product you received has been opened and/or has been used, you have 15 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund for the value of the product minus a 15% handling fee.

Store credit and/or exchanges are NOT subject the 15% handling fee if the product is unopened/unused. The balance remaining on exchanges that are less than the amount of the original product will be issued an in-store credit.

In order to return a package to us, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via e-mail following the submission of the return form. All refunds and exchanges MUST submit the return request before your request can be processed. Any package returned without an approved Return Authorization Code will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product you are sending back to us MUST be at least 75% FULL with ALL of the original packaging, pieces, and printed material included in the return package.

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the original packing slip showing the order number from Soul Ease must be included in the return package.

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, ALL gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package. Any items returned without gifts and promotional material will only be issued an in-store credit minus the amount of products kept and 15% handling fee.

Products returned after 15 days and only up to 30 days from the delivery date will only be accepted and issued an in-store credit, minus a 15% handling fee. Anything after 30 days will not be accepted.
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES

In certain instances, if we ship out a replacement product or an exchange prior to receiving the original product back to our store and will include a prepaid shipping label with the replacement. All original items are expected to be returned to our store within 10 days of receiving the return label. If the product is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the original product along with the cost of the shipping label ($9.99) to the originating form of payment.
IMPORTANT: Refunds or exchanges may be subject to the following conditions:

Shipping charges which may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames.

If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label after 15 and up to 30 days after delivery date, a $9.99 charge and 15% handling fee will be deducted from the in-store credit amount.

If you are returning a product due to an error originating on your part (such as ordering the incorrect product, color, etc.), within 15 days of delivery date, there will be a 10% handling and re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount in addition to the $9.99 charge deducted for the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable). This is only applicable to refunds, not exchanges or store credit.

There are no refunds on gift certificates or gift cards and no change will be given on remainder balance of gift certificates or gift cards. Remainder balance will remain on gift certificate or gift card until fully used.​

In store credit will only be given on packages purchased minus the full price of any services rendered and full retail value of any promotional materials and products received with package purchase prior to return request.
